OUR MISSION

We support creative transportation solutions in the northwest region of Denver, to enhance the quality of life of the citizens living in the area, protect the high plains habitat and provide real transportation solutions for mobility and congestion relief.

THE PROBLEM

A billion dollar beltway is a tremendous waste of highway funds. The beltway proposal does nothing to improve critical north-south arterials in Arvada and is detrimental to Golden and the surrounding natural areas. Colorado deserves effective transportation solutions, and fairness in the process of transportation planning, without caving in to special interests.

THE SOLUTION

1. We support the major arterial improvements recommended by the Northwest Quadrant Feasibility Study. These were shown to be the most effective transportation solutions for mobility and congestion relief.
2. We support the improvements called for in the “Mueller Study”: a scenic 4-lane roadway on SH – 93.
3. We support similar improvements made to the Indiana/McIntire Corridor, enhancing those roadways and improving the north-south driving experience in Arvada.
