4. Email Judy Denison and get on the Newsletter list to stay current with CDOT's plans. judy_d@prodigy.net

5. Review the various issues and forums in this website for reference when writing, emailing, and speaking. (You may find the Letter Writing Guide useful.)

6. Make a donation to groups that are fighting the beltway.

7. Purchase a bumper sticker – a visible sign of your displeasure with the beltway. Bumper stickers are available at the Store on this website.

8. Write the Northwest Corridor EIS Team to put your comments in the EIS record.

9. Attend CINQ meetings. Let them know you want to be involved.

10. Write the Governor; let him know you do not want this beltway. http://www.colorado.gov/governor/contact.html

11. Write Bob Beauprez let him know how important this issue is to you. http://www.house.gov/beauprez/

12. Write the Federal Highway Administration – they’re an arbitrator in this project. http://www.fhwa.dot.gov

13. Attend City Council meetings in Golden, Arvada, and Broomfield. Let your leaders know how you feel.

14. Contact your Home Owners Association. Let them know you want them to be involved. Ask for a donation.

15. Become an activist. Encourage your friends/family/neighbors to be involved.

17. Subscribe to the Forum section of the website – even if you do not plan to participate. This allows us to keep you updated with email alerts.

18. Participate in Q&A in the Forum. We will make a good faith effort to answer your questions.

19. If the opportunity presents itself, attend CDOT meetings, speak at these meetings.

20. Organize action: protests, marches, petitions.

21. Enlist the support of high profile people in the community. Business leaders, community leaders, entertainers, athletes, etc. Get them involved.

22. Ask candidates for elected office where they stand on tollways. Let them know this is an important issue.
